Effective October 2, 2026
Privacy policy
This policy applies to EmailOrganizer, a private Google Workspace automation tool operated by ThinkFlow AI for its operator’s own use. This public website provides application information; it does not display private Google account data.
Data accessed and purposes
Depending on granted permissions and the workflow requested by the operator, the application can access account identity, email messages and metadata, labels and mailbox settings, Google Drive files, documents, spreadsheets, calendar events and contacts. It uses this data to organize email, summarize or translate selected content, manage requested documents and scheduling tasks, and record receipts and expenses.
Storage and processing
OAuth credentials, workflow records and any retained Google account content are stored on operator-controlled systems. The mail classification workflow uses an operator-controlled language-model service. Agent or translation workflows may pass the content needed for a requested feature to the service providers configured by the operator. Access and processing must remain limited to providing those requested features.
Use and sharing restrictions
Google user data is not sold, made public by this information site, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Any transfer of Google user data is limited to providing or improving the application’s requested user-facing features, security purposes, applicable legal requirements, or other uses allowed by Google’s policies. EmailOrganizer’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
OAuth access is retained until revoked or removed. Workflow records remain on the operator’s systems until the operator deletes them or their configured retention process removes them. Revoking OAuth access stops future API access; it does not automatically erase previously stored records. The operator can delete retained local data and OAuth credentials separately.
Account control and contact
You can revoke the application’s access through Google Account connections. For questions or deletion assistance, contact thinkflow.ai.usa@gmail.com.
